How to kick off with Rntor

Understand the onboarding process in Rntor

The onboarding process for new customers consists of 3 simple steps to ensure you get value from Rntor from day one.

To make your journey even smoother, check out the Pre-onboarding tips before you begin.


Step 1. Receive all the setup guidelines

Once you sign up for Rntor, you are assigned to a success manager who will guide you through the platform setup and assist with implementation from then on.

Steps

  • Log in to Rntor as an administrator.

  • Watch our on-demand “Introduction to Rntor” webinar to get started.

  • Schedule an onboarding session for additional guidance if it’s included in your plan (optional).

Time required: 1–2 hours.

Outcome

You’ve received access to managing Rntor and learned how to configure the platform. You’re now fully equipped to start managing your business with Rntor.

If you booked an onboarding call with us, you’ll also receive a personalized implementation plan.


Step 2. Complete the setup

After watching the webinar, complete a few more steps by yourself, such as connecting a payment gateway, adding rooms and resources, inviting members, and configuring your space.

What to prepare for setting up Rntor:

  • Users’ names and emails, as well as their company information (if available).

  • An active account with a payment gateway.

  • If you have any additional questions, check our Help Center or contact our support team.

Time required: From 2 hours to several days, depending on how quickly you add content and invite users.

Outcome

Your member web portal is ready for use. Your members have been invited and have started using Rntor. Your member mobile app is published with the latest release.


Step 3. Promote the member web portal and mobile app

Now that users create bookings and make payments through your Rntor member web portal and mobile app, you can implement more Rntor solutions to automate daily operations, increase efficiency, and improve member retention.

What to prepare for a seamless launch with Rntor:

  • Integration with your marketing website.

  • Social media posts announcing the member web portal and mobile app.

  • Updated house rules stating that bookings and payments are processed exclusively through Rntor.

Time required: Up to 1 hour to publish social posts and integrate the app with your marketing site.

Outcome

Your room booking, desk booking, invoicing, and payments are mostly fully automated through Rntor.
